so I decided to give this protein milk shake drink a try from Met-Rx and thought I’d share how it tastes. As a 3 times a week gym guy I would definitely need a full on loaded protein drink shake and this one comes pack with 51 grams of protein which is enough to cover you after a great workout.
Not only does it have a lot of protein but comes with vitamins and minerals for that full on replenishing nutrients one would need.
In some stores it may be priced over $4 to $6 but definitely a protein shake that I recommend once you feel like spending some cash 😆.
